The renovation of this original 1960’s Rancher realized the client’s wishes for a quintessentially California indoor/outdoor environment. By opening up the central spaces, an expansive, breezy new kitchen and living area were created with immediate access to the updated back patios. In Phase II, the addition of a Master Wing complements the original structure and provides a private sitting area, and bedroom & bath with walk-in closets.
